Eligibility & Registration

To open an account and use Heybaj's services, you must meet the eligibility criteria listed below. Compliance with these requirements is entirely the user's responsibility.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of identity may be requested at any time for age verification.
• You must be a person of full legal capacity who is able to enter into a binding contract.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Submitting false information is a violation of these terms.
• Each user may only operate one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

Heybaj reserves the right to reject any account registration without providing a reason.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security of your Heybaj account. Please follow the rules below to ensure your account is used appropriately.

• Never share your account password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify Heybaj immediately.
• Personal information on your account must be kept up to date at all times. Update your name, mobile number, or payment details whenever they change.
• Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
• Accounts must not be used to conduct any illegal or fraudulent activity.

If suspicious activity is detected on an account, Heybaj may temporarily suspend it pending investigation.

Payments & Withdrawals

• The welcome bonus is for new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements — typically between 5× and 20× the bonus amount.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must generally be at odds of 1.5 or higher.
• Bonuses earned from one promotion cannot be combined with another, unless explicitly stated.
• If bonus abuse or bonus hunting is detected, the bonus will be voided and the account will be suspended.

Heybaj reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on heybaj and cover all forms of Sports Betting.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — partial or full cash out may be available on matches that support the Cash Out feature.
• If incorrect odds are displayed for a match due to a technical error, Heybaj reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets are generally voided and stakes returned.
• Odds in live betting may change due to streaming delays — this is not the responsibility of heybaj.
• In the event of any dispute over a match result, Heybaj's decision is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the heybaj platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where necessary.

• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a profit.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs for unfair advantage — and failing to report them to Heybaj.

• Information provided at registration is used solely for account management and legal compliance purposes.
• Your information is never sold to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Heybaj always strives to provide a reliable service, but is not liable under the following circumstances.

• Being unable to place a bet or missing a live bet due to an internet connection failure.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Any losses resulting from a user sharing their password or login credentials with another person.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime — though heybaj makes every effort to keep these to a minimum.

Account Closure & Suspension

Either the user or Heybaj may initiate account closure.

• Users may request account closure at any time through our support team. The account will be closed once any outstanding balance has been settled.
• In the event of a terms violation, Heybaj may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice.
• If fraud or deception is proven, the account will be permanently closed and the remaining balance will not be refunded.
• Once Self-Exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reactivated before the designated period has ended.

Responsible Gaming
